Pearl Sugar Waffles Recipe

Discover our recipe for the famous Liège waffle.

Ingrédients

2 cups of white flour
1 teaspoon of salt
4 teaspoon of yeast
2 tablespoon of white sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cups of hot milk
1/3 of a cup of melted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix the flour, salt, yeast and sugar in a large bowl. Pre-heat the waffle iron to the perfect temperature. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk, melted butter and vanilla. Combine with the dry ingredients and beat until you obtain an even consistency. Pour the batter into the hot waffle iron. Cook the waffles until they are golden and crunchy. Serve immediately.
