2 cups of white flour
1 teaspoonful of salt
4 teaspoonfuls of yeast
2 tablespoonfuls of white sugar
2 eggs
1 ½ cups of hot milk
1/3 of a cup of melted butter
1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract


Mix the flour, salt, yeast and sugar in a large bowl, and put to one side. Pre-heat the waffle iron to the desired temperature. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then mix in the milk, melted butter and vanilla. Pour this mixture into the preparation with the flour, and beat until you obtain a mixture of an even consistency. Pour the mixture into the hot waffle iron. Cook the waffles until they are golden and crunchy. Serve immediately.
