Looking for a SALES, MARKETING and R&D Director

 

 

 

As Sales, Marketing and R&D Director, you will report to the CEO and lead a team of around ten people.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop an overall strategic vision for sales, marketing and research and development, aligned with the objectives of the company.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive global sales growth.
  • Manage and supervise sales, marketing and R&D teams to achieve the sales and product development targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and consumer trends in order to develop innovative new products.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee research and development of products in collaboration with the internal and external teams.
  • As a Director, you are a member of the Executive Committee and actively participate in the strategic decisions of the company.

Profile:

  • Proven international experience in a similar position, preferably in the food sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French, English and Dutch.
  • Ability to travel regularly according to the needs of the company.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
  • Team Player, capable of creating an alignment between the different departments of the company and facilitating the implementation of arbitration necessary to meet the objectives and priorities.
